Please note that this schedule is tentative and subject to change - competitors should be ready for their events 45 min-1 hour before they begin. We will need to clear the ballroom before the evening showcase on Saturday and at the end of the competition on Sunday - at those times, we would really appreciate your help in cleaning up your area and belongings and making a speedy exit from the auditorium.
